The spiritual energy is at least where she predicted it. It isn't completely depleted for just appropriately low for this kind of fever. She nods satisfied, though not completely at ease. After letting him sleep a little longer, she gets up and brews some medicinal tea with a generous amount of honey. It'll keep his strength up while also making the herbs she has to use palatable.
"Lan-gongzi," she says softly as she sets the tea down nearby. She's let it cool down to a little above room temperature. "Lan-gongzi, I need you to drink this." Gently, she lifts his head and puts the bowl to his mouth. "It's medicine. I need you to drink it." She reiterates a bit toward the firm side since she knows he won't want to after tasting it.
