Qing makes a soft sympathetic sound as he reacts to the flavor. Still, she keeps the bowl near his lips pressuring him to keep drinking it. Fortunately, it'll only take a few more sips to get it down. Since he's such a good patient about it- which she begrudgingly credits his Lan upbringing for- she takes a spoon and gives him more honey to suck on. "Here, this will help get the flavor out of your mouth."
She picks up the empty bowl and carries it over to a small table. "You were careless, Lan-gongzi. You could've been alone in a village far from your home without anyone who could help you. If you aren't concerned about your own safety, just imagine how heartbroken Lan-zongzhu and his brother would've been to lose you?" The tone isn't unkind, but it's firm.
